A unique way of presenting spoons and forks

Aside from their mouth-watering menu of delectable grilled barbecue and Boholano dishes, Payag Restaurant’s (Tagbilaran, Bohol) unique way of presenting utensils to guests is quite eye-catching:

Wrapped in miniature brown paper bags and tied with an Abaca twine, seeing utensils presented in this manner makes dining at the restaurant an interesting experience from start to finish.

Recycled paper art and stationery

I can’t say that I’m really fond of recycled paper stationery (you know, the brown ones?). I find them too dark to write on—this type of paper isn’t something that I will find useful. In case I’d buy some, it’s probably just for my collection or to give as a gift.

Papemelroti specializes in recycled paper art and stationery, in addition to their wooden stuff collection. They sell really pretty novelty paper stuff. Take a look at their site and see what I mean.

The company used to be a small, family-run gift shop in Tomas Morato. Now, they’ve expanded to branches all over the city and added more products to their catalog. It’s basically still a gift shop, but with more products. Check out their paper products (which I particularly like collecting!).
